CUTES Europe specializes in the custom design manufacture of centrifugal fans to meet the requirement of the paper industry.

The fan housing, or casing, is manufactured from welded stainless steel plates. The wheel, or impeller, is made of stainless steel blades mounted around a hub and welded to the backplate. The blades can be arranged in three different ways: forward-curved, backward-curved or straight radial.

Our BL ("backward bladed") series are the most efficient and cost effective fans for our applications in the paper industry with both saturated / wetted air and light dust loads.

D R I V E   A R R A N G E M E N T 

The fans are direct driven: the fan wheel is linked directly to the shaft of the motor.
Backward curved fans are energy efficient in a wide range of speeds and can be used with a variable speed drive (frequency converter) for a better overall energy efficiency.
